If this is really a conflict on which side to pick when we go permanent, why not just cut it in half and make that permanent? Like India has; it's a half hour in between.

I've decided, I'm writing all my wiki's in this style moving forward.
There was no way to make it upgradable because of the architecture of the chip itself. They had no choice, but they are still delivering exceptional value in this design.
