How will this change affect API users or those who have embedded Scribd content on their sites?

Thanks for the link mahipal, but I don't need to create wireframes, just import my mockup JPEGs (pages) from Photoshop and link them together so it navigates like the real deal. For example, I'll create a hotspot for "About Us" on the homepage image that links to the corresponding "About Us" mockup page.

If more weight is the goal, wouldn't it be beneficial to try to determine some sort of correlation between exercises, time spent, reps and caloric intake to figure out the right formula? I've tried a few apps that let you record certain aspects of your workout but haven't come across anything that aids in the discovery process. Maybe that's not your thing but it might be something to think about. Good luck.

A mobile app for the gym would be nice. It looks like you're only charting the number of reps. What about weight and time spent per exercise? Caloric intake?
