You are only doomed if you believe that you are doomed. Go out there and grind! Given that grinding is not your cup of tea, your only option is to pay someone to grind for you.
Good luck with your product.

Given that it happens at exactly 12am, it is safe to assume that the machine itself is infected with some kind or rogue software. Kill all unknown processes in the machine. Get an updated virus/malware cleaner. Look at scheduled tasks on the machine. Did you check registry entries? Good luck
Thank you for the feedback. We might have to start generating .png outputs - that will definitely solve the quality problem. Do you mind sharing the site/input you used?
I highly recommend turning it into a co-work space. I'd be interested in working out of that space if you do. Look at 1369 cafe a few doors down you'd notice that people just don't go there just for coffee. People are always on their laptop trying to get some work done. I'd be willing to partner with you if you want to go that direction. Drop me a line.
$193 in 3 months equates to about 65 a month. In a year, you will net about $772. Conclusion, there is no point in selling it for an amount less than $772, especially given that maintenance only takes 5 minutes of your time in year. I'd probably wouldn't sell it for twice that amount - I tend to be attached to my domain names. Anyhow, think of it as beer money.
Good start, however Craigslist needs to do a lot more than adding maps. For example, real estate listings need to have transportation options. Part of the reason why we started http://www.realtywarp.com is because renters need more information about a given neighborhood before visiting a listing. Renters tend to have a preference for a specific square or metro. That said, they will not be visiting a listing if they do not have that information immediately available.
Here is an example of what craigslist could be doing with maps and transportation options:
We’re a small bootstrapped team based out of Boston, MA. Our platform allows real estate agents and property management firms to manage and syndicate their rental listings to various websites. Our platform can be considered as a more user friendly version of postlets in addition to the ability to manage clients and receive listings from various landlords.
