The reason for the drop, I think you might be keto adapted. If you had < 20 grams of carbs you might be using all the ketones in your blood. If you can tolerate MCT oil you can use it as a ketone boost.
I'm 56 and have been experimenting with it. It definitely helps me stay laser focus on a task. I take between 10 to 15 grams a day in multiple doses. It does help with brain fatigue if you don't sleep well either. I'm also on keto diet and it helps me at the gym. Here is the thing everyone's DNA is different - keto works for me because I have tried it on and off. I have way more energy off carbs. I can also tolerate creatine, some people can't.

I built this for local RAG https://github.com/kbrisso/byte-vision it uses llama.cpp and Elasticsearch. On a laptop with 8 GB GPU it can handle a 30K token size and summarize a fairly large PDF.

This is America and we shouldn't have to put up with this. We shouldn't allow mask men running around terrorizing people because of race. But we can't stop it. American freedom is about being free from this form of harassment. American freedom is about being left alone to make something for yourself and your family. America is built on a bad marriage and is not perfect but to let this administration continue to do these types of illegal acts and cause one constitutional crisis after another is the down fall of this country in my opinion. I don't check my blood pressure every day. Maybe twice a month or when I feel like crap. I also check my glucose. Why? I believe if I keep myself in check I will keep myself out of the hospital as I age. High blood pressure and diabetes are two things I can manage. I don't want to be on meds unless I absolutely have to. Exercise and these tools allow me to figure out what I can eat and not. I'm not obsessed with my health or a health "nut". The upside is I don't get sick that much and feel good.
Measuring blood pressure on the wrist is tricky. I usually do three measurements to get an accurate reading. I have two machines I use. The older one is actually better than the new one. Another thing is, pay attention to how you feel. I can feel my blood pressure when it's high and usually know when the device reading is off. I do this because my family has a history of high blood pressure and so far because of lifestyle choices I have avoided the need for meds.

You need to stay on it for months to become keto adapted. I would say 6 months minimum, after that the energy swings go away and you generally have a lot more energy. You can also add MCT oil. The problem with keto is eating enough calories.
I'm actually thinking of setting up a large scale dutch bucket tomato farm in the future. I'm doing a POC next season and plan on improving it over the coming years. The dutch bucket system seems to be the way to go. My goal is to do this when I retire so I can keep active.
Using Fly.io it was pretty easy to to spin up an app.. I wish it used Docker Up/Compose files though. I'm not a Docker expert but being able to use those files seems like it would be easier to deploy apps. Please correct my ignorance if this isn't so.
