Agree - WhatsApp didn't lose the user. whatsApp lost the usage. That's still a loss. Not a total loss but a loss never the less

Thank you for the insight. I will give dropBox a try. I currently don't have automatic Syncing enabled on my desktop which explains why I could not see Onedrive the way you did.
OneDrive is utter crap
Can you explain what's crappy about OneDrive. I've not used dropbox much but it looked/worked similar to onedrive. Just trying to understand the problems I'm unable to recognize by not using dropbox

I currently use the web app and phone app from http://hn.premii.com/ I just installed HNBuddy, It's equally good. I'll use it for few days before I decide to switch.

Another feature that's missing on all the apps I tried, Ability to share(to pocket) without actually opening/loading the article. As an example, An article PaulG, I want to instantly share/save without actually loading it in the app.
I use LinqPad[1] as my C#/F# scratchpad. Works wonderfully well and I can't imagine living without the magic ".Dump()" feature.

I am user of both Google Apps and Offie365 and my experience so far has been opposite. At least, Google Apps' web based UI is inferior to Office desktop version. SharePoint for team collaboration to me is a much better experience. Could you list few things where Google Apps beats office 365. I occasionally consider the switch and did not find GoogleApps to be better.

1) I dont see a way to import PSD. 2) I am not sure if this is the right tool for what I am looking for. My need is to be able to quickly slice out some layers from a PSD file as images. Does it have that capability ?

While I agree with everything you have said, I am not as optimistic as you are. The pace at which things are improving is so slow that It is unrealistic to be competitive in global market place and over take china.
For example, Today, 50% of India has access to electricity for 10 hours a day. This is a fantastic achievement and is in right direction, If you compare with No electricity to this 50% of india two decades ago. It is not that fantastic when you compare with rest of the world where people cannot imagine living without electricity for an hour.
As you mentioned The direction, Providing access to electricity is right, The pace at which is happening makes me less hopeful.
In order for things to improve, Citizens of India have to acknowledge and accept that there's a problem, That's just first step towards solving the problem.
Its a lot of fun and provides intellectual satisfaction to make theories on why something would not work. You can make a convincing argument for the statement "Why Startups does not not work in India". or better yet, You can write a series on "Why X does not work in India" - replace X with anything that was/is successful in US, (Obama, Microsoft, Google, Skype)
Excellent post, except the "Don't do other things" part of it. What PG offered in essay was an advice and not an answer/Theory. Advice - "a proposal for an appropriate course of action". It's just a proposal, not an answer to your situation. a better advice(proposal) of ( "Doing other things to not die" ) can be a better advice in some specific cases(like yours) and does not make PG's advice wrong.
