What's wrong with them? If you happen to have some sort of microsoft dependency, they are a good choice for you. Not perfect, as any other cloud provider, but a good choice nonetheless.

Playlists. I can migrate them to Apple Music but the order in which I added each of these songs is important to me and the last time I tried to export them, such an order was lost.

I know I might be the minority but that's what happened to me the last time I wanted to try something different from Spotify.

Mine has remained intact even without a case (with the usual wear of course, but no cracks).

I am a s10+ user and recently I ditched all the different google version of my phone apps. I decided to use samsung's version of the calculator, calendar, files and contacts apps.

They seem solid enough for me and some of them present better integration with the Samsung ecosystem . Those apps are also integrated with different third party providers including google .

I still despise bixby but I'm very satisfied with the rest of the phone.

As a power user I find what you said to be strong points of WhatsApp Web. For instance, I want it to alert me as soon as there's a web connection and that's only possible with the current connection model and for security measures I think it's safer to have only one instance at a time.

The connection reliability is a hassle but usually when you're in the desktop you also have a good wifi connection and even though the web client loses connectivity temporarily it keeps working as good as it can.

On the other hand it's easy to forget that you have an active session in other apps such as Telegram unless you keep track of it in your app. Someone you share your laptop with can just open the Telegram app and they'll be able to see my chat conversations be default.

I know some of these things might be something you'd prefer but I choose the hassle instead.

Also, I find it annoying that you can't message someone on WhatsApp without adding them to contacts.

The trick that i use is to type their number into the domain wa.me in the following format https://wa.me/xxxxxxxxxxx

That allows you to open a chat to that specific number without adding them to your contact list.

I feel like the author is nitpicking over small issues just because it's Microsoft.

They already admitted that they were wrong about Open Source and even though there is room for improvement, I'm happy that they are supporting power users more and more.

If it's a recurring payment then yes, it should be under PayPal's My Preapproved Payments.

With Google Duplex I'm sure we're heading towards a future where a computer is going to be answering all our customer support calls without us knowing about it.
