As others have commented, it's a licensing issue.
One workaround is loading the Amazon Video Player in Safari on a Mac, then mirroring the display on AppleTV. Looks best in full screen mode.
That's right. But Secure Shell also knows how to connect to an HTTP-to-ssh relay.
One use case would be ssh over http. Corporate proxies often disallow ssh traffic.

It's hard for people to realize now how inconsequential YC seemed at the time. I can't blame people who didn't take us seriously, because we ourselves didn't take that first summer program seriously in the very beginning.
I attended the "How to Start a Startup" talk in 2005. I remember going home and reading pg's website, the whole thing, cover-to-cover. Later that year I met Steve Wozniak at the first Startup School held in Cambridge. Woz, Chris Sacca and pg left a lasting impression on me. I had never witnessed that level of information density and knowledge sharing. Amazing to look back at those humble beginnings. Always grateful for YC and the HN community.

Google built the GWT so they didn’t have to write code twice, but I don’t want to be stuck in the Java world or be forced to learn the whole GWT and make any open source buddies of mine learn it too.
Groovy/Grails works well with GWT. Idiomatic Groovy looks more like Python than Java. Another possibility is Vaadin, which is built on GWT.
Most of Jobs' wealth comes from shares of Walt Disney Co. that he received when the media conglomerate acquired Pixar in 2006. Disney shares recently hit a 52 week high of $38.
I'm surprised that most of Jobs' wealth comes from the sale of Pixar. Even with Apple's stock price ($323) valued at nearly 9 times the value of Disney ($37).
Another one that's missing from the discussion is Gradle.
I think the "names" illustration refers to dynamic typing and points out that assignment creates an association between a name and a value. Differs from C where a name represents a fixed size and location in memory.
Regular expression search and replace is also killer.
I've used noweb (http://www.eecs.harvard.edu/nr/noweb/) with Python and Emacs for about a year. Not for everyone, but I love it.
