I would recommend nono - it's practically 0 seconds of latency, developed by the creator of sigstore which is used by google, github, and secures a lot of the open source software supply chain.

What I like most is, its like a runtime `nono run ... agent` and there is not managing vms, containers ,mounts.

The withings sleep mat analyser seems very accurate (Its approved by the European Medical council). It diaganosed my sleep apnea.

So the biggest improvement was likely more from you stopping eating of junk food (ice creams, bakery et cetera) than set a time window for eating?

I feel down this rabbit hole after reading Breath by James Nestor. Got serious about practising 5.5 second inhales / exhales and started forcing myself to adjust to nose breathing (even during exercise)

It did a total number on my anxiety levels and pulled me out of the constant cortisol fuelled fight or flight mode I found myself as I slowly crashed and burned into the ground

I wish someone had taught me as a child, it would have made a marked difference on my life, I am sure of it.

Mindfulness and breathing where you see the thought come and let it go is preferred for anxiety sufferers

That was exactly the approach I was doing.

If you tried to follow all your anxious thoughts and delve into their "meaning"

That is the opposite of meditation, I've never heard of that being described anywhere as meditation, that sounds like daily rumination / churn.

Not OP, but it happened to me. Started meditation to deal with anxiety and the introspection that came with it, ended up with me on the verge of a complete breakdown. I started off doing Sam Harris and then progressed to doing an hour or more each day. I had some moments of insight and then hit some dark night of the soul which wrecked me, I was close to admitting myself to hospital for psychological help.

What fixed me was finally reading Breath by James Nestor and how you breath has a direct impact on the parasympathetic / sympathetic nervous system. I learned to take long slow breaths into the diaphragm and too nose breath all of the time. Basically my vagus nerve was fried from burn out and being in the fight flight mode of the parasympathetic system, as opposed to the 'rest and digest' chilled nature of sympathetic nervous system.

My own view now, is that mediation should not be attempted (at least by anyone with mental issues) until the parasympathetic / sympathetic system is balanced and stress is significantly reduced. This should start with the breath.

This makes sense. We tend to think of wheat as being a wholesome natural food source, but modern wheat is far from that. It's genetically engineered and drenched in herbicide far beyond its original easily digested form.

How are you going to monetize this? I would be very nervous building a business around an extension calling someone elses API. You only have to look at the drama that played out at reddit a few weeks ago, to see how risky it is.

A lot of this coming up on twitter, anything remotely regarding race or gender (not derogatory) and it wokes out.

They are a business, not a social club, and so they will do whatever safeguards that business (maximises its profits). If an employee tells a customer to 'fuck off', they are going to fire them, as its not good for business.

Engineers with unicorn / my little pony avatars is a slight red flag to me. I am as socialist as they come (I am not even American, I am Brit and a left wing), but I always try to not engage with those folks on twitter, to easy to get caught up in personal attacks if anything you say is remotely misunderstood. It can quite easily turn into a digital lynching.

This is not mentioned until half way through, but I find fascinating..

David Smith, a retired printing technician and nonprofessional mathematician, was the first to come up with the shape that could be a solution to the long-standing “einstein problem.” He shared his ideas with scientists who took on the challenge of trying to mathematically prove his conjecture
