We’ll have to wait and see what the structure of the DAO is (I think the contract was released this morning, but I haven’t read it yet), but it’s pretty trivial to design this to prevent that from happening. You also want to make sure that no group gains too much power in the DAO and votes to destroy it.

All of Apple’s hardware devices sold in the US are manufactured in China, with the exception (I think?) of the Mac Pro. Their chips are fabbed in Taiwan. This has been the case the decades and is pretty much common knowledge. Nobody is hiding anything.
