I need to be more productive. I currently make a good amount of money doing basically nothing at home, and should be using this time to get some more skills. Instead I just sit around and BS
I think this was the one I had before, thanks!
Everything goes in bitbucket until I am ready for it to go on github. So all of my side projects that don't fully make it end up staying on bitbucket
Only if you are a troll. If you are a normal user, then I prefer real name.
Thanks for this, I'm about to use it. Was actually working on a resume and this is perfect timing.
the millionaire fastlane by mj demarco.
It has the same problem as the 4hww where the name sounds very scammy, but the idea behind the book is really good.
Works out of the box.
Most dev things work exactly the same as on linux.
You can use photoshop
I second cyberduck.
I have a WASD mechanical, but lately I have just been using my Apple Magic Keyboard. For awhile I hated it because it's so small and compact, but have really fallen in love with it recently.
"Due to this unauthorized access, your account cannot be reopened. In order to continue shopping with Amazon Payments, we ask that you open a new Amazon account."
This seems like a very odd way to handle this situation. Just making a new account wouldn't really help anything if you are compromised. Also i find it strange that they are ok with you bypassing their ban, and just making a whole new account.
"The Darknet (sometimes called the Dark Web) works on the Tor browser,".
Nowadays when people say darknet they mostly just mean the marketplaces
You can spoof any phone number, it has nothing to do with verizon.
Time to switch back to KeePass. Lastpass is much more enjoyable to use but LogMeIn seems to ruin everything they touch
I don't think people click into everyone's profile before they go to articles, so I don't really think this is true.
It would be different if it showed your total points next to your name at all times.
I think that someone who has been around longer will know the type of things to post to get a response more than a newer person who just posts what they find interesting.
While there are some goals I usually have for my engagement, CTR, etc on facebook. The real end goal is your ROI.
I've had campaigns with extremely cheap clicks, but no conversions.
I've always had campaigns with expensive clicks, but it converted so highly that I was making good profit.
So pretty much there is no real cookie cutter answer for this question, especially since you are just paying for likes. From my experience most of IG likes are just bots and don't bring any real traffic.
You should have created some anonymous form that they could submit to. I know you said you wouldn't be offended, but most people would not be brutally honest if you know they are the ones saying it.
I've been getting some landing pages and ad copy ready for when the Instagram ads go public, which I was told is tomorrow.
Also, I am working on adding a test suite to one of my previous applications that I made. I finished up the model/controller tests, so am on to the integration tests.
Sure, but I would transfer most of it out to USD.
I enjoy BTC for sending/receiving payments as it is very easy, but I don't see it as a safe 'investment'.
Coinbase is good to get the bitcoins, I wouldn't use them as my wallet. I've heard bad stories of them closing accounts due to bitcoins being used somewhere that they do not approve of.
I use electrum on my own machine as my wallet
Self employment is employment
Thank you for this post.I live in the middle of PA and am planning on making a move into philly, so this info will be useful to me too.
From what I can tell on meetup.com there are plenty of meetups for various technologies. The tech scene won't be as big as in boston, but it seems sufficient.
Other than the few big main sites, this is how alot of the dating sites are. Especially all of the hook up ones you see on porn sites ads. They are all fake women accounts just trying to get money out of the guys.
I really wish Telegram or Whatsapp was more used. I stuck using kik which is such a terrible app. No web interface and if I need to sign into a different account I lose all chat history.
Small things add up over time.
Also, it is hard to just jump in and make huge changes. Keep making small changes, eventually you will fall into something bigger.
I also agree the price is a bit high, but it says you can get a refund within 30 days.
This isn't a twitter specific thing. It happens on every form of website that has follow and unfollow features(I do it on alot of my instagram accounts). It is the easiest way to gain a follower base for a very low cost.
Usually two different methods.
1: I have a large list of books saved on goodreads that I want to read. Most of these were heard on podcasts, or were recommended on the internet. When I need a new book I just look over the list and pick one that looks interesting.
2: If I hear someone talk about a book that I am really interested in I will buy it right away. This method usually ends up in a book that sits on my desk and doesn't get read
They 'require' it, but it is still possible to use the service without SSL. At least it was possible on stripe a few months ago. I'm not sure if they end up cutting you off after they notice the non ssl traffic, but I setup some test apps that worked fine without ssl.
The joy of fixing the bug/creating a solution for a non-trivial problem is enough for me.
