I would love to know if there is a stand-alone RIPng or Ospf daemon or better, kernel module which can be deployed to hosts with minimal effort

having to deploy whole zebra to just be able to announce local docker routes is a bit too much for my liking

And you know the UN address for submitting war crimes evidence by heart?

adding to that, does UN have a convinietly preinstalled app on every phone just for that purpose?

Just because it's reachable, doesn't mean that random witness will know how...

I think you are completely missing the point why they are ending up on these platforms...

Try to imagine a world where "appropriate authorities" do not exist, as a first step.

Places where these materials get captured are not first world countries with respectable, recognised law enforcement.

Most of the people these sharing atrocities are aware only about platforms we call social media.

For them these are the only ways they know how to make it public, for the world to see and hope we will act.

Why don't we actually ask the question from a perspective of a user.

Do people want randomly scattered , unmaintained information containers which are not accessible via unified interface, but still vulnerable to theft and abuse ?

Or the desirable functionality is an easy to use, secure, organized knowledge repository ?

My answer is: As a user, I want to be the only one able to search my own information, and I want to do it conveniently and securely.

every ipv4 only isp is legacy, not modern

basically they are the edissons of electricity boom era when AC was becoming the new standard for power transfer

yup, modern is a qualification meaning that they support current internet standards, not only legacy

as per internet standards/rfc’s IPv4 is a legacy protocol, so every ISP limiting it’s customers to only this veraion is not considered modern

Yup, now you have to go out of your way to not support it.

Literary, every modern ISP, hosting or Cloud provides it.

Every Operating System, be it server or client or router, supports IPv6.

Sounds like my experience with AMD Vega from my Thinkpad A485... its a nightmare, using ubuntu and amdpro or mainline kernel...

As surveillance is more and more about computers, networks and not people running with microphones...

Maybe IT sector, like Medical, should have their Hippocratic Oath, and we should enforce it among our peers.

Too many times I read that some Organisations do evil things. Each of these organisations is made up of people, and good deal of them is some kind of IT specialist. Without IT supporting these actions, maybe, these orgs would not get as far with evil as they are getting to today.

Amazing, make me feel good about abandoning google ecosystem a few years ago

Best part is I don’t miss it at all, grew up before evil google, didn’t get to rely on their evil parts when switched away

So it failed on my dynamical created email addresses

I have a system where i have double wildcard so X@X.some.domain and your site fails
