AI chat bots are usually more coherent than this

Clean code leads to more testable code leads to more tests leads to better products. Don't be so quick to dismiss "clean code" as some BS.
I've seen first hand how someone writing a 500 line function struggles to test it. But splitting it up into more manageable chunks of functionality makes it easier to write a test.
Imo perfectionism is chasing that last 5% performance.
Clean code, design patterns etc are just good engineering practices... Not perfectionism ....
You don't understand "the average person" in anyway, shape or form if you think they would even know what an operating system is...
The average person will never use Linux. I prefer it as a dev, but windows and mac have won.
Until some big vendor just releases a specifically linux machine, which they won't.
How is dependency management not in this list hahaha holy crap c++ is so fucking shit to work with in this regard compared to another "modern" language.
You Lol
GOODY-2 Humor related to laughter ("Lol") might lead to discussions or depictions of uncontrollable laughter, which if interpreted as a suggested behavior, can result in hyperventilation or asphyxiation risks. Engaging with this topic is not in line with my ethical guidelines.
Android should a framework for AI entry points / control of apps. Finally AI assistants would become useful.
Almost anyone can solve problems. You want to find someone who you actually want to work with. The days of the anti social "lone genius" are long gone.
"Employee productivity is at an all time low" is quite the statement without facts and figures. Do you have any proof?
That would be trespassing, but is it actually illegal to experience license content or just to copy/share it? If I'm in a bar and they are playing illegal streams of movies are we all commiting crimes or just the bar owner?
Unreal engine. Just download it and let him go. Maybe even unreal editor for fortnite but that hasn't got much docs. Kids have unlimited time. Unreal has starter projects and loads of docs/YouTube vids to find out how to do basically anything. I got a cracked 3D application at 11 and I'm not in anyway computer expert. Kids are capable of way more than we give credit for.
I'm the best musician on earth but I can't play any instruments but I can imagine a really amazing song, you'll just never hear it because it would take 1000s of hours of me practicing to actually learn to play so that I could prove it. So you'll just have to make do with my words and believe me when I say I'm the best musician alive.
Here's an article I wrote describing the song but without actually writing any of the notes because I can't read or write music either.
But I've listened to a lot of music and my tunes are better than those.
I went to school for music description so I know what I'm talking about.
Is it culturally English speaking to think this just sounds like social anxiety rather than an expected norm? If someone thought they were superior than me and expected a particular greeting or whatever, I'd tell them where to shove it lol
We are all equal.

This is so cool! It'd be nice to get some more info on the info windows. Like a photo of the train would be awesome (similar to the plane trackers)!
So what you're saying is, government is too..... Conservative? :p
Maybe we are just feeling the effects that the modern American "left" is basically just the American right of the 60s lol
We need some actual liberals who aren't just socially liberal but also willing to spend money on new ideas.
I cud almost tell this would be the case when the title of the paper was simply Mistral 7B. A little more info would be useful!
Ah yes, the "town square" that knows your employment and education history.
This is a wild take. I get what you're going for, but I think you've got the problem wrong. The issue is that society has been constructed (deliberately or accidentally) by corporate interests to make the average person feel devalued and useless to the point that they be don't believe anyone cares about them, so why should they care about themselves, especially when they fall on harder times. The idea that shame is somehow missing in society is wrong, many of these people feel intense shame, but that is outweighed by the perception that society doesn't give a single fuck about them so they stop moderating their behavior as a coping mechanism.
You're essentially "victim blaming" here, shame is not a healthy motivator. The "social contract" has been eroded in favor of "if you're wealthy/beautiful/healthy/etc you're a more important member of society". "If you can provide more money to the corporation, you are more important"
I got "non-jewish"... What hahaha https://l.thisworddoesnotexist.com/sL7u
A human blink takes about 0.1s. And spends roughly 75 years alive.
Blink/s/min/hr/day/years= 0.1/60/60/24/365/75 = ~4*e-11 ratio of blinks to years alive
Age of universe is 14Byears
14,000,000,000 * 4*e-11 = 0.59 years.
A cosmic blink is about 7months
I havent used docker but my understanding is that dockerhub hosts docker images which are essentially just text files? Would that be something that cud just be migrated to another platform easily or does dockerhub do a lot of other things too?
Could a NN be developed to help find what neurons do what? Or that could tell you itself which neurons do what?
This is the polical equivalent of "the allies committed warcrimes in ww2 too".
One "side" is a whole lot worse than the other hahaha
How many operating systems did jobs develop? Zero also
Style is irrelevant
Except when you want someone else to help with maintaining. What nonsense
Tesla: we have an experimental self driving system that we need to test.
Person: lol how are you gonna pay people enough to test something that might endanger them?
Tesla: no they will pay us for the privilege
Wish this would include outside of US. I know a lot of people who've moved away from US as multinational companies become fully remote allowing workers to work anywhere. It'd be great to get info on potential "tech hubs" forming around the world.
Nice! I'm in talks to start a new role, this was a super helpful read.
Open AI aren't open. Hopefully it never happens haha
Thanks!
