As someone who has bootstrapped a company to profitability, you're definitely right about people the most important ingredient.

I think Color definitely took a lot of money, but the goal is to get the app installed on every phone possible - and that will take a lot of advertising money.

We're now focused on cleaning up our message so that you immediately know what the product does when hit the home page. I think a few walk through videos will be helpful, it's a great product.

Signal (http://www.signalhq.com) supports 13 including myself, co-founded in 2006. First few years as a founder we're incredibly tough (paid others but not ourselves), but we're doing great now.

I also didn't expect this but it doesn't really bother me either. It seems pretty logical to me - if I like something I'd like to have access to more of it.

I think Google is going to get behind Apps in a big way - it's just natural progression for them. We've been using it for three years and absolutely love it. I don't understand why people think using Google Apps and Microsoft products are mutually exclusive - I still write contracts w/Word and use Excel for forecasting.

The difference is that founder is singular, where co-founder is plural. I am a co-founder of a company because I co-founded it with another person. In my mind it has nothing to do with who's done what.

jamis has the right to support whatever he wants, it's his project that he designed for his purposes. if windows developers need to tweak for windows, they should fork capistrano. i guess jamis is saying, fork you! (ha)
