1. All passwords stored in password manager. 2. Login with password manager when logging in for the first time on a device. 3. Combination of OS and site/app notice that no passkey has been created for this account and offers to create one. This is presented to the user as “setting up the current device for password-less log ins.” 4. OS negotiates with site/app to install the passkey and use it for future log ins on the device.

It’s presented to the user as a convenience clearly tied to this device.

However the loss of his talent for business negotiations was at least as great a loss for Apple. He negotiated deals to get almost the entire recording industry onto iTunes. He convinced AT&T to sacrifice control of devices on their network to get an iPhone exclusive.

Maybe he would have found a way to convince Netflix to integrate their content into Apple TV.

A lot of studies find evidence of the need for men to have a suitable income to be marriageable. I haven't seen evidence that just being culturally aligned is equally effective.

Yes but the article also cites that the average age for home ownership has gone way up, houses cost far more relative to median income than before, rent is more expensive, and cultural changes requiring two income families and paid childcare have driven up child care costs.

AI is capable of performing a lot of grunt work reliably. Still must be reviewed. But a big productivity gain over doing everything yourself.

If all you know is how to build, and you just use AI as an excuse to keep building more and more and more, you are just procrastinating and avoiding reality.
