I wonder if he was using "Just Press Record" to record the audio? It has an Apple Watch app and complication, and it automatically syncs to iCloud. It also works independently of the iPhone, and syncs up later. I share the same question as others in this thread: how did the audio get back to the phone?
I really like that this oven has a camera, as well as temperature probes, and that it’s all integrated into the oven’s experience through a app on the phone. Do they have any competitors doing this stuff, or are they alone in doing this right now? I am impressed - they’ve decomposed the idea of what an oven experience usually is (stationary waiting and checking) and shifted it to what it could be (check on it from a distance, data driven shutoff from measurements). Very compelling use of simple features. That’s exciting design!

I use Nuzzel to track things shared by multiple people that I follow on various platforms such as Twitter that are trending over a given timeframe.
Great if you are interested in getting news from a niche area - let's say you follow 10 high profile VR people on twitter, and then half of them post an article about some VR thing, I'll see that on Nuzzel, and I won't have to scroll through Twitter and mentally cluster/count to know about the hot new thing in VR that VR people are talking about.

Tatsuya Takahashi understands the importance of accessibility in design. He has lowered the barrier to entry for new instrument buyers that want to get into analog synthesis, and that’s what has made him so successful.
I have never accepted one. If I wanted to read something regularly, I’d bookmark it and revisit it. Or subscribe to the RSS feed if I wanted to keep up to date.
To me, it’s just as annoying as apps with notifications, or websites with pop ups about newsletters. All of these things are generally just things trying to add more noise into my life.
