I'm only posting this because I've seen this type of response to responses many times. While it's good to encourage higher standards of communication and thoughtful response, there's no need to slam a different community and think people on HN are somehow better.

The thing is, it's more likely to be skewed in the wrong direction, the direction that it is safer than you think. So actually its important to understand how bad it is for those who get it. We have consistently had >1k deaths per day in the US and then many others with longterm issues.

Well that's very different and not comparable to Notion because Notion is first for documentation and only secondly for project management

Your skepticism here might be based on a logical fallacy that assumes that term has a certain connotation or is even used by the researchers themselves. For all you know the term was just created now by the parent commenter to label a group of individuals in his/her own definition.

Eh, that line of questioning should be handled by designers at the very beginning or even before sharing designs and can be addressed more generally for all of their designs before sharing any specific one.

Hi! I'm a former front-end developer and analytics consultant with a background in statistics who's interested in product roles within the LA area.

A lot of interesting responses here. While I agree with being honest about it, one issue is that the resume might be overlooked because there is a gap and you never get a chance to explain it. I am basically having to solve the same problem currently so @jobgap if you'd like to discuss pm me.
