literally the top link when I search for his exact text "why are anime catgirls blocking my access to the Linux kernel?" https://lock.cmpxchg8b.com/anubis.html Maybe travis needs more google-fu. maybe that includes using duckduckgo?
if it is made for typescript, shouldn't it be tsr?
blogging died when google killed google reader.
yes, some other readers tried, but nothing was as fast and as nice to use as google reader.
bruh, that loads WAY too fast. you gotta slow that role, have a splash, prompt for signing up for newsletter, display some ads, prompt to disable ad blocker, etc etc.
classic. I read this 20yrs ago.
I don't see how this has anything to do with faster Docker containers. Looks more like faster python distribution.
seaweedfs seems pretty great for a cloud storage: http://seaweedfs.github.io

I feel the opposite. I find the C# more readable than the Haskell. I haven't written C# regularly in 10yrs.
came here to point out that the author doesn't seem to know C# very well if they don't know about Enumerable.Range.
It's essentially the scientific method.
I had never considered this before and it is right and true.
Thank you for enlightening me.
Pretty sure the last 10yrs of stackoverflow proves that this is not a concern.

When .NET introduced LINQ this is 90% of what the .NET world talked about for the next 3yrs.
reminds me of the presentations coming out of the .NET world in 2005 after they launched LINQ. Nearly identical points being made.
"He’s team deactivated a perfectly normal gene in an attempt to reduce the risk of a disease that neither child had"
WTF, The Atlantic? Get some copy editing.
It's exactly the same state.
if a student can't learn from a book, the have to first learn to learn from a book.
Forking a process per request is expensive, interpreter or not.
Slashdot used apache mod_perl back then. It never forked a process per request.
but north of 8 mile is not Wayne County.
You have to look west and south of detroit to see wayne county that isn't detroit
Go code with C dependencies.
I love minideb. It is a great compromise when you need glibc but would have otherwise used alpine.
