Can you provide more context? Remote? If not which desired location? Background and skills? Do you want to be an IC or go more on the manager track?
Generic answer: change jobs, go above and beyond in interviews, network, work on public facing projects, respond to those pesky linkedin recruiters and see where it takes you

Looks great! Going to try and use to plan over the next few weeks. Will make sure to rate on the app store! First impressions are really nice, much rather use a smaller product than the feature bloated, or money hungry larger ones that exist
Interesting to see that even one of the co-founders of Linkedin has had similar thoughts, and started another company trying to focus on using your network to produce value, rather than be focused on recruiters and enterprise $.

Most of the book is giving examples of different mindsets - Dweck more or less gives examples so that you are able to identify them yourself. She also gives a few practical steps you can take to apply more of a growth attitude
