Unfortunately, it's been three different people. Even their regional retail manager can't get them to relent. Their default response is "Send the card". They won't accept bringing it into the store to prove we have it, they require a faxed copy to their credit department. Is this even legal?
For the next level of granularity, what type of work do you do ? I'm curious to see whether the c.s. folks are doing more theoretical/low level work (OS, or compiler design), or whether that's a myth. I'm B.S., M.S., Ph.D. computer science, and split my time between application and research.
