There should definitely be a standard API for this stuff by now allowing browsers to control the cookie experience. Maybe we're moving in that direction, I'm not sure. I think there was a feeling the law would be rolled back so there was no major push to standardise things

I fell for this too. I wanted InDesign for 1 month to make a decent looking CV when switching jobs. I felt really stupid when I tried to cancel and realised I’d be charged the remaining balance. Adobe lost me as a returning customer.

One of the best purchases I ever made was about 8 years ago when I bought the Polytune iOS app for less than £5. It does one thing really well, has never tried to take more of my attention than it should with upgrades or ads, and every time I get a new phone it comes with me.

It’s like a classic old style type but if the press was low on ink. It weirdly gives me a very honest vibe as it reminds me of cheaply printed books.

Feel bad for asking here, but does anybody have an invite code they wouldn’t mind giving me?

I keep hearing good things about the conversations that are happening, but I’ve been on the wait list for months, and I’m not in the clique

Product not available in the UK and I can’t see any details. How much does one bottle cost?

Similar experience here. I have a Series 4, and charge it on an evening when I'm not doing much for about 30/40 mins and it's good for another 24 hours. The new sleep tracking feature asks for 30% battery life before being enabled, and lets you know in advance if you need to charge. Before Apple added that feature to the OS I was using the Pillow app and that would happily blow through 80% of the battery in a night.

Overall the device has been a massive net positive for my health, I really love it.
