I keep having to correct 4.8, but 5.5 more often than not is correcting me.

Opus writes a bit nicer though and it is easier to follow wat it is doing/saying. Not too different experience from talking to humans: 5.5 feels like a very smart 'nerd' that doesn't make a huge effort to communicate wel, while Opus is a bit less intelligent but that makes it's ideas easier to communicate

You can pony up however much money you want and show customers the founding document that says the amount the company was started with. I believe it's usually publically available even.

I haven't read the paper, maybe their benchmark is flawed as you say, and there are a lot of ways for it to be flawed. But assuming it is not, I see no problem with using the word superhuman.

Out of curiosity, would you agree with me if I said 'Calculators have superhuman capabilities'? (Not just talking about speed here, since you can easily construct complex enough equations that a human wouldn't be able to solve in their lifetime but the calculator could within minutes).

It seems reasonable to use the term to me simply to say the abilities on a benchmark of the model were greater than the human annotated data. Computers have always been superhuman at many tasks, even before llms.

Why does it subtract the marginal cost? According to the formula the more it costs to make the product (per customer/sale cost) the cheaper you should sell it.

Because doing that is a core part of Grammarly, i.e. they can argue in court that the user should obviously expect grammarly to send the data to their servers. Sending crash report data is not so, as it is not essential to using the service.

I have observed this pattern before in computer vision tasks (train accuracy flatlining for a while before test acc starts to go up). The point of the simple tasks is to be able to interpret what could be going on behind the scenes when this happens.

I have had periods of time where I couldn't use my hands to use the computer due to bad rsi. I used an eye tracker for controlling the mouse and a voice recognition tool (talon) for typing. However, I couldn't use these for very long because I got a sore throat from speaking in a way the computer understands, and focusing places with my eyes all the time gave me headaches.

While a mouthpad seems slighly superior to an eye tracker, the real benefit lies in having more alternatives in my opinion. So you can use your tongue when your eyes are tired and your eyes when your tongue is tired.
