Procrastination is one of the symptom of underlying emotional irregularities. It's a coping mechanism for people who avoid task on hand becuase the task causes them anxiety, pain, discomfor what-have-you.
Deal and heal the underlying issue/s and you will be better able to resolve procrastination.
that's why it is imperative that you squeeze in some amount/level of workout. does not have to at the gym, even 5 mintues of jumping jack at your home helps. at the rate this is going, i am sure it will plateau at somepoint, only thing that will stop/slow down progress is computation power.

This is very cynical coming from 16 year old; however, got me thinking about impact of Chatgpt on peoples' mind about learning ML/AI if chatgpt can do it all!
as good as this advice is, there in lies crux of human nature. Once one succeds in a task, it provides validation of the method followed, hence no need to "go back" and move on to next taks. At least this is what i have seen ohter people do and so have i.
i guess this is what seperates good performer vs mediocore ones.
