Jumping in on this without knowing anything about the business model, but why not just ask all of the drivers to pay $35 (for example) one time to do a bg check / insurance check?

I think you have a really good idea. I also agree that a lot of users would use an image sharing site if they know potentially they could make some money instead of none.
There are some really good points brought up in this thread, that I think you are going to have to battle against. Maybe not as severe as Popcorn just faced but these are issue.
I actually think it was 4.
just found this in the Windows version:
Internet Explorer 9 or newer is required.
Couldn't help but laugh.
story archived here in case it did/does go down:
It is a long shot, and would take ton of money in fees mainly for a very skilled private investigator but you are absolutely correct this is one route to go.
I value any company's committment to security however there are ways that Twitter can prove who the owner of the account was, if they really wanted to.
Let's see if this story hits real news headlines and affects Twitters stock before closing bell tomorrow and action will happen.
This seems like a nifty idea. I have definitely been plagued with coders block in the past.
that's what is bothering me. could never figure it out from a UX perspective, but that is definitely it.
I don't see North Korea?
not even nearly close from a fiscal standpoint.
thanks for doing this, I love your site in general and have seen it before in the past. particularly the Tumblr post!
As a user, I find Quora to be weird and confusing. The sign up process was like a labyrinth, and trying to figure out how to use it is quite cumbersome.
I think a lot of companies are scared of how good hackers are these days. No one wants to guarantee protection because a hacker of a more elite variety will come along and take that as a challenge, by hacking into the sites that X company has created.
I definitely agree with you that it is somewhat of an under tapped market, but definitely think it needs to be head up by the right individual(s).
We had this in the town I grew up in, only it was a house with the "mechanical room" for our water tower. People broke in all the time.
almost seems as though they (or maybe some of them) are somewhat ok with the message.
I agree with a lot of this, and sure no one goes out looking for a plumber on Facebook but Faceboook advertising really does work. Tons of case studies show that it is extremely effective especially with CPCs < $.10 and such.
facebook also ditching sponsored stories as of apr 9
i smell self submissions
how bout we look into nenad who looks like they are really active on a "blackhat SEO forum" and gets tons of links from there. seems legit.
I've had Feisty on my Toshiba Satellite P955 for over 3 years now. I think I bought it for $800 but you can probably get one for $300ish now. Ripped out the HDD and put in an SSD. Ripped out the DVD and put in an SSD with custom mount I bought from somewhere.
Had issues with wifi initially but found workaround after a while. I have to say, this box runs extremely well, I never ever have problems but then again I don't use a webcam or many other external devices. Mainly internet browsing, Virtualbox, shell, etc.
that's a really good point, and mainly due to all the propaganda that they beleive
the mass exodus of top war leaders in the country was a start. some brave souls will soon sacrifice their life and assassinate the rest & hopefully overthrow / mutiny will take place liberating all. </my fantasy>
its way too early to be friends as well, lets wait a few days.
lol its too early...friends = threads :)
still way way too early to tell, lets take a look on the 28th before we all go making friends
for me this would be worth it just to have as a bluetooth security device when i lose/forget my wallet.
these are all terms of service considerations. you can still choose a username upon signup for almost any social media account except G+. g+ is the only service that assigns a username to you.
i did not know that about /u/0, thanks!
FWIW you can choose a one column layout. looks great on tablet/mobile but not so much on a 27" LCD.
god were you wrong back then!
