If it is going to be so cheap that you can run a good LLM model locally, it will certainly cheaper to run it at scale in the cloud.
Although, I hope I won't need be dependent on some cloud provider. So I am looking for a day that this comes.
I am a big believer in Seed-Strapping. You need some initial capital to get you started (can be as low as a few months of your own salary). But you should aim to bootstrap your solution.

It is like Mixpanel + Chartmogul combined in a single tool, but it autogenerates SQL data on top of your "event tables".
