Taking care of the short attention span readers

My question may be to obvious but, how can you incorporate js to mutate your layout based on user interaction and api calls? Do you have a dynamic website example?

I can't believe it's possible to find the Recycle Bin without Re adding it to the desktop. Search bar doesn't find in my case :(
