Sure, I agree with that and that's my point. You can have your basic 1M house, but your 1M house sells for 1M at the end of the day. My 150K house will never be 1M. There's more involved than regional cost of living (such as salary, value of assets, value of work performed in relationship to where you live). You can move anywhere and some jobs will be the same or similar enough in pay, but my job will never pay enough for me to own a 1M house.

In summary, some of these wealthier on paper people you mentioned way back may in fact just be wealthier. They can also live a wealthier lifestyle if they so choose.

I blocked almost all wp-login bots just using bot fight mode in Cloudflare few months ago along with some CF page rules to run an interstatial. It seems to losing effectiveness over time though, and since I do have WP-login, I wonder how I can implement something like your idea.

Maybe rename the legit login and put this in its place, but that would cause issues for redirects from the legit login link...

The functionality you mention isn't available on the Tesla either, like full self-driving computer, since it's not full self driving.

Navigate on autopilot I dont know what that means.

Self parking is available on other cars, Volkswagen, Audi, and more. Even the base Prius practically parks itself.

Traffic light and stop sign: what's the point of this if you have to maintain awareness anyway since it's not really full self driving?

I have this same issue and have been working around it by appending to the URL. I'd like to believe there's a better way, but I don't know what it is. Alternatively, I could just disable caching but that would defeat the point.

I don't like how you presented your argument. You make it sound like trade schools, with real practical skills like plumbing, involve neither learning nor growing.

Similarly, critical thinking should be learned long before college age. If you're learning that during college, you've got a very late start.

Maybe that's not what you meant, but that's pretty much what you've written.

There are many considerations to take into account. Nutrition is not one size fits all, but the general rule which does apply is moderation and balance. A completely sedentary lifestyle would have higher risk for disease if they had the same diet as, for example, a professional athlete.

Many people have not studied nutrition, or not studied it properly, and associate fats as in lipids with fat as in being overweight when this is in fact not the case and the various types of fats are both essential and provide energy to become an active person. Like you, I run 20+ miles a week, eat beef everyday and I'm the skinniest person I know.

Quite a good read. Development in the world of eyeglasses seems as slow then as it is now. There are no major innovations in eyeglasses, probably due to the monopoly by luxottica.

Eyeglasses today have pretty much leveled out at slim lenses with blue light filter. Admittedly, they're pretty nice (Cryzal in particular). The best frames I have seen let you drop in different sets of lenses (oakley switch series).

Not to negate the issues presented, but the severity seems overblown. Since when is using social media to talk to friends or going to a show of the nature implied here a "normal human thing"? Pretty sure majority of the world's population are living their lives without these. Seems like first world problems. Maybe that's the real issue plaguing americans, and I say this as an american myself, they have too many "first world problems" and don't appriciate simpler things.

Not picking on you but this scenario is so common I find it borderline humorous as it is so outrageously ridiculous. Both parents working all day and the kids getting a mediocre upbringing under the care of strangers - now that's freedom! Thank goodness for democracy and equality helping us improve our society. Where would we be if only 1 parent worked and the other took care of the kids.

I still dont understand how that is safer. If the car is on fire, you can get out. I have been to many car fires when I volunteered with the FD and unless it's a wreck with entrapment, there's never any injury. In comparison, there are plenty of deaths from fires starting while people are sleeping.
