I'm sure lots of people will apply for GOOGLE. Have you guys seen the workplace of Google. If i am given the chance to work at them i will accept it wholeheartedly. Their company is one of the greatest, sports room, gym, canteen and you can even sleep in one of their room (forgot what it is called). Superb, right.

A nice and detailed way in selling items at ebay. I totally agree at the part wherein you said to have a proper grammar and no misspells. You really have to set that in the best you can. When Selling in eBay, you have to also sell yourself in order to gain the trust of the buyers.

Just an inquiry here, but does anyone not use wikipedia for their first reference point for just about anything these days?

When I am looking up something it goes: Google, then wikipedia because it's usually the first hit. It's like an online cliffnotes for anything and everything.

Using college loans at low interest rates to help start a business is a good idea but how often does a student actaully have any money left at the end of the schooling to launch such an endeavor? I am currently a student in college and I don't have any student loans out as of right now. Maybe my last semester I might sign up for one to start a business after I graduate.

I can't believe so many people are missing the moral of the story and focusing on the ethics part of it. Its not like he was harming anyone by making the copy and I'll bet he thought ethics was the last thing people on the blog would be talking about.

Now for the meat and potatos of the story: I think that you can apply this lesson (making it on your own before you ask for help) to many other areas other than the music business. Lets say you were looking for VC funding, don't you think the people funding it would be more impressed if you got your idea up and running without any help? When you do things with little or no help it shows determination and a will to succeed no matter what the odds are.

Yes, this point of living a more holistic lifestyle would definitely cut down sleep problems in America. If anyone is familiar with Penn and Teller's show "Bullshit," they spend of their episodes trying to de mystify different sleep remedies and solutions. The go into how the sleep industry (mattresses, pillows, etc.) is a multibillion dollar a year business which attracts many con artists promising you a better sleep than you normally get.

During the show, they had an insomniac test out different mattresses and sleep solutions and they fittingly concluded that it was, well, bullshit. They ended the show by saying that the best way to get a a good nights sleep was to eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly. Its funny how living healthy can help with just about an physical or mental problem these days. Too many people are looking for the quick fix but all they really need to do is adjust their poor lifestyle decisions.

Ha, on a related note, pizza hut is hiring interns this summer at their headquarters in Dallas. The Job: Twittering for pizza news and promotions.

It's about time the government gets those guys on our side instead of the other way around.

You guys are right and wrong with some of your critiques: Yes, I am a college student but I am not really sour on the whole college experience. I just think the system as a whole needs a drastic revamping. But I do see some weaknesses in my argument after reading your posts.

As for being a newbie and trying to boost my points, I need to apologize. I did not do it simply to promote my blog. There was an article on Y Combinator in INC this month so I decided to check out the website and it led me here. I definitely plan on contributing to the community with comments and feedback as well as submitting the occasional blog every now and again.
