That's part of the point! I did intentionally try to design it similarly to a real cookie consent banner.

It just goes to show how ineffective they are if people just click without even reading them.

Kind of misleading title. It wasn't a mistake. It was done "...to allow the ankle joint to work as a knee joint."

Similarly, couldn't an attacker visit a page with lots of Pay-Per-View ads (with whom he/she profits off of)?

I like how the author doesn't immediately reject orders if they have just one sign (IP address country different from shipping country, shipping to a reshipping center, etc.) but looks at all the indicators as a whole to make a decision.

This is one thing I think Google+ got right. I can have different types of “friends”, each in their own categories, such as “sharaholic” or “meme poster” and only visit those circles occasionally.

The only problem is the unpopularity of G+.

Bitcoin Cash was a hard fork intended to solve the problem of fungibility. (Low fees, fast transactions, etc)

- snail mail cash (postage costs)

- accept credit cards yourself, which I wouldn’t recommend
