Does this mean tourists don't need a visa for Japan anymore? Including people with traditionally "weaker" passports like Uganda, India, etc.? The article linked elsewhere in the comments is not clear on this.
Technically, the scenario described could happen entirely offline: voice recognition, transcription, then match for autocomplete (not that I am claiming this is what happened).

Why should the overstay rate inform the duration of a visa?
I can understand it playing a part in whether a visa is issued or not. But if someone is going to overstay, a 1-day visa is also sufficient for them to overstay indefinitely.
I have read in forums that companies under-report salaries to the H1B database. They only need to report some number above the prevailing labor market and don't need to report the actual salary employees are paid over this.

Cloudflare already has an app on mobile devices - but so far it only served your DNS queries. Now the app behaves as a VPN for all your mobile traffic - all data is routed within Cloudflare's network from the moment it leaves your device, which is faster than going through the public internet.
What is the best way to have a VPN in each continent (apart from the obvious option to have an instance in each region)? I used to pay for a commercial service, but I lost this functionality when I switched to a self-hosted solution.
I prefer this feature since I travel a lot and would like to have lower latency wherever I am.
