Unfortunately I've interacted with the author of this project, Zander Brade, and he turned out to be one of the most untrustworthy designers I've ever encountered. Due to my past experience with him I have no intention of touching this site/project. Sorry, but I had to say it.

having seen a prototype, i can only say that this tech is a game changer - comparable to the mouse, but will make keyboard style input/ux obsolote. it wouldnt surprise me if the company gets snatched before it ships product.
take it easy man - too much passive-agressiveness
I was making a point regarding tech. Groupon is not a technology stock, it didn't market itself as a tech company. I don't understand how on the one side you say "Groupon doesn't have a listed competitor" but you want to compare it to "unproven '11 IPOs. Look at Pandora, Zipcar, etc.". It all sounds to 1+1=5...
that is no explanation: - investors do not consider Groupon a tech company (it's all over the research reports) - Google, Intel are down marginally (non retail), Apple is up (tech retail). Nasdaq is ONLY 0.07% down. - Falling 14% is intrinsic to the stock, not the market.
shameful act by the police
this news is sad. policy makers making up lame bills to justify crap food in schools
if Groupon is big data, the credit card companies and banks are the mother of ALL big data. Hoffman has a conflict of interest when making this flawed statement. Let's see what he says when the lock-up period on his Groupon stock expires in less than 180 days
