I found one issue though. I had signed up with just my email and captcha and when I attempt to login on a different browser, it again sends an email with the activation link. It's a bold attempt, but I would rather remember my Password than typing in the captcha and waiting for the activation mail to come, every single time.
Data gives a perception only when there is a problem to solve and you need support from the data. Problem solving is more about the knowledge in the vertical, the approach to the problem and your capability to think from multiple angles, which does not have to do about science.

Certainly looks like a biased list. Look at the bottom of the list and most of them are from Africa where you'd know the crime rates are high. May be, they are not 'punishable offenses' or they get let-off easily.
Totally agree and buy your points. But the point of downsizing the number of jails is what concerns me. Forget crimes in a larger scale or others like homicide, but minor crimes which are still punishable offenses would be in the rise as more and more the mankind evolves, crimes in any country would also evolve.
Obviously, so does the legal system but people are smart enough to find loopholes and find a way to do.

With all due respect to Teambox, Getting to the US Market alone will not be considered international. Every market has its own set of rules and changing dynamics and present a different set of challenges.
This is a pure political gimmick to project their country as one of the safest/crime-free countries. As many have said here, Police is run by the Government and they have the right to manipulate the data.
As a general statistic, if you google it, you'll know the crime rate has been increasing in the last few years. They either fell into dumb ears or they make up by letting the criminals out.
This looks like an intelligent initiative from Facebook and proves it is well on its way towards transparency and would love to see a lot more of papers/publications coming up about their tech. This would largely benefit the academia.
