1) Are known solutions always performant (which is a broad topic)?

2) "I would like to see any benchmarks comparing this to..." != "I only care about performance and nothing else matters"

Interesting! Seems like a hyper-framework, a one-fits-all solution for a python backend. I would like to see any benchmarks comparing this to tornado/twisted/nodejs and perhaps an async mongoDB client implementation. Great work anyway!

Thanks Jeswin, we're working hard on constantly improving Noowit. Stay tuned and you will be pleasantly surprised.

For now in the edit contents menu there is functionality to import your google reader subscriptions. We will provide import from xml file tomorrow (this was a hard day :) ).

Imagine a platform for curating or writing your own intelligent magazine that edits itself autonomously to match the interests of every individual user. Now imagine a publishing network that users social filtering to identify the best articles and publications. Add adaptive web design never achieved before and you get NOOWIT.com (coming soon to change online publishing history).

It seems that the Eventlet pool does not work with the celery umbrella command. With celeryd it works ok. Is that true or do I have misconfigured something?
