We keep it simple, and use a Google docs spreadsheet. We split the ideas between the ones that we quickly jot down with almost no research, and the ones where we have done thorough research.
A better way of doing this is to create a filter that forwards everything to your personal Gmail, then create another filter in your personal Gmail account to label it.
I like the new integration with the social networks, and the UI theme. However, I think the UI could benefit from more spacing between items, as it feels very cluttered.
