Don't understand your negotiated prices apply to my shipments? I noticed that user is requested to create account at respective carrier. Could not use it since the server ajax is not responding. Going forward all merchants have to consider the Groupon/GOOG Offer cost while pricing. They already factor in credit processing - and can't discriminate on Cash customers. eventually a customer paying cash and not using any promos will pay a lot more for the same merchandise.

Also did you notice its 15¢ per scan!! I believe it will add on to the 10¢-15¢ + percentage merchants have to pay to the processor per Transaction.
