You need to jump on that webpack train with react hot loader. No turning back. Here's a great boilerplate. https://github.com/cesarandreu/web-app

Do not replace the logic board a 4th time. Any Apple store manager is authorized to replace with a brand new 2014 model after three repairs especially for 2011 model owners. I just got my brand new replacement last month.
I too had a late 2011 MB Pro with over-heating issues that led to 3 bad GPU's over three years (only paid for one of the repairs). Just last month I parked my ass in my local Apple store and told them I wasn't leaving without a brand new replacement. It did not take very long for the store manager to cave and I walked out with a brand new 2014 MB Pro. They won't formally acknowledge that their is an inherent issue with the 2011 models but I got the impression they just need you to make a big enough stink before they can replace.
I'd also like to throw in a vote for Reflux. https://github.com/spoike/refluxjs
I'm well underway on a large React app using Reflux for my flux implementation and I'm loving it. It removes just enough boilerplate and adds just enough sugar to keep your flux app sane. The string based event comparison in Flux's dispatcher just didn't feel right to me. Reflux actions act as their own dispatchers and works out great.
No mention of the Brackets editor here from Adobe. Also built with JS and open source. Any opinions on it in comparison to Atom? http://brackets.io
The mysql driver on NPM is indeed mature. Been using it with out issue for a couple years now in a large app. https://npmjs.org/package/mysql
Where do you see the nic.io price is $60? I just paid $96 us dollars last week from the site. Nic.io prices are in pounds.
Slightly off-topic but most Home Depot's on the first saturday of each month hold a free kids workshop. They provide everything necessary to build something (spice rack, shelves etc). My son and I have attended many and their great.
Yeah, but Chris is just so damn handsome ;) I'd give him a pass
Sorry xtacy, try again! Finishing samples at 3am the morning of launch is not a good idea ; )
Congratulations Chris!
My favorite part from sec 03. "Most people can't even figure out how to program their VCR"

Good idea, sue your current students, alumni, and faculty for promoting your half ass college. How does this make any business sense in this economy?
