SEEKING FREELANCER(S) | Remote | Web3 PvP NFT project

I am working on a Web3 project that taps into NFTs and PvP mechanics, with the potential to go viral. The concept is unique and hasn't been seen before. It will be launched on the Base chain.

Am looking for the following people:

* Front-end developer to help build out the interface * Social media operator to build hype on socials and manage the Discord

I built and launched a v1 prototype of the project [0], and am taking the lessons from that to launch a much improved v2 that will (hopefully) be more viral.

To apply, email: team [at] v42 [dot] space

Hi! I'm a polyglot developer from the UK currently based in Taiwan. I've worked with various languages and platforms, all the way from J2SE/J2ME through to Drupal, Django and most recently Express, Angular and React. I'm a fast learner and can effectively work in a team and/or take the lead on a project. I contribute regularly to open source projects and have a few popular NPM modules.

Hey everyone, author here.

This is just a mini project I decided to do in order to learn how to use Electron.js to build desktop apps, plus the fact that I wanted a diary that did encryption properly.

Right now there's just an OS X build (because that's what my machine runs) but it shouldn't be too hard to get Linux and Windows builds going too in the near future. Also, the diary features are a bit limited (e.g. not date changer yet).

Good work. Though I have to say I've seen so many of these web-based "secure, private, anonymous" chat services now, I've lost track.

What we need is end-to-end encryption and with an open source client that just has to be downloaded and built/installed once (and in such a way that it's verifiably secure, think reproducible builds).

That's true, but given the gradual shift to ES6 features over time you're more likely to end up using something like Bluebird (e.g. to complement your generators) and so having another library to then handle asynchronicity (and that too with callbacks) would be redundant.

I am a full-stack web developer with 9+ years experience backed by a Computer Science degree from Imperial College London. I mainly work with Javascript/Node.js (as well as Angular, Ember, Bootstrap). I also have some experience doing continuous deployment setups (using Docker, Jenkins, Drone, etc). In the past I've worked in C++, Java, PHP and Python - I can quickly pick up new technologies and tools as and when needed.

Some of my work:

* https://showca.se - Node.js, Bootstrap

* https://remotecoder.io - Node.js + ES6 generators, Angular.js

* http://squeljs.org - Node.js/browser lib, open source

* http://waigojs.com - Node.js + ES6 generators, open source

I'm looking for remote freelance work, starting as soon as possible. I work through my UK-registered Ltd company, which greatly simplifies any tax and payment issues.

I've worked extensively with Javascript for a few years now, including Node.js, Backbone, Angular, Ember and other front-end libraries. I've also worked with newer HTML5 technology such as Web workers and Generators. I've published NPM and Bower modules and have blogged about using Docker, Ansible and Jenkins.

I always to document my code well and architect easily testable and maintainable solutions.

I agree with all of your points, and indeed Github authentication is optional for the jobs posted on the site. I admit I did initially have it turned on by default (because I really liked the feature) but now it's off by default given the general feedback I've received. And I'm glad to see that companies who do care about it are using it when posting their ads.
