I think long covid is temporary for most people. I had it for 4 months last year and have recovered. Got to stay positive through out it, have faith it’ll get better, and do everything you can to stay healthy

I think you can have both time to focus (work time) and time to interact with others (break time). I think using "focus" as an excuse to not interact with others may not be the most healthy way to live life.
Basically there are actors borrowing at the low repo rates and using it on higher rate government backed mortgage products. Banks with money don't want to lend to these actors, hence the repo rate hike.
