You could also delegate your votes to people without them participating in the platform [1].
For example, you could delegate on Bill Gates because his opinions are already gathered on topics such as a carbon tax and basic income [2]. This data is added by people & bots from Bill Gates' blog, tweets, newspapers, etc.

I didn't say that we are smarter.
However, a smaller brain might have been better at that time. For example, a bigger brain requires more energy.
On the other hand, death in childbirth was a major hazard for females. Although I think Neanderthals' brain size at childbirth was similar to that of modern-day babies - but later it grew faster.

But when we don’t have time or are not interested in something, we believe what our culture, friends and influencers say. And we are so bombarded with information nowadays that we can’t get informed about everything all the time" [1]

That's what we are doing on AgreeList.com / Wikiopinion.org We haven't decided yet if it should be a for-profit startup or a nonprofit organisation.
