Living in the midwest, when you're 10 minutes outside of a major city, you're lucky to get spoty 3G. After 20 minutes you're lucky to get any signal.

I was a huge fan of Loom too. There really aren't that many original and creative worlds in games and Loom definitely had one. Planescape Torment is another good example.

And it's actually a nice and solid keyboard with mechanical switches. This looks like a basic flimsy $10 keyboard in quality.

I don't think they've really added that many new features(visible to users) to Chrome. I've been using it since it came out and it still looks the same and I use the same features I used to. Maybe I'm wrong and just missed them since they were added so slowly. I guess the Dev Tools have been improved?

This actually sounds terrible for their customers then! I guess they'll come back as one of those crappy GoDaddy add-ons they try to push on you for five pages before you can finish paying.

Not just any audio but known audio. Finding known video is something they can do already too. That's why some people upload clips from their favorite shows and flip them horizontally to avoid automatic detection. Think of it like a hash for the audio/video portion. Pretty easy to check if it's in the database.

You're making the assumption that the bottom of the 1% and the top of the 1% have the same amount of wealth which is completely wrong. Nice superiority complex though. The $35k number is for the #70,000,000th wealthiest person.

According to your claim there would be 70 million millionaires in the world. Sanity check there?

That's a strange thing about Hearthstone. Watching a stream is almost as much fun as playing. You still get to make the decisions in your head since you have all the same information as the streamer.

This is a good idea for a stream unless someone is already doing it. I remember people doing hard runs of games like that, beating the whole game without any weapons etc. I'd definitely watch that if I'm interested in the game already.

Come on, you're presenting anecdotal evidence to prove that Roulette isn't statistically random with a built in mathematical house edge. It's just silly.

I think there's definitely some programming mindset stuff in it too, I remember the chapters about building your own set of instructions to do multiplication with only loops and earlier axioms (adding numbers together). I thought it was really fun to think about the problems.
