How do I get this to work? When I try to access the Assistant I just get the help page: https://help.kagi.com/kagi/ai/assistant.html
This seems like the experience of Jeremy Clarkson in Clarkson’s Farm. Many things against being a successful farmer resulting in practically zero profit.
I listened to an interesting interview with Peter Francopan on The Rest is History podcast https://linktr.ee/restishistory. Made me want to get the book. This review adds to my interest.
This is great! I have a Seiko Alpinist SARB017 that works exactly this way
Does this justify Pavel Tsatsouline's Grease the Groove?
This article discusses an interesting topic and is written in an engaging style. Nice find!
This is a cool idea, explained brilliantly. The rock-paper-scissors reference turned on a lightbulb for me.
1) possibly, but in Israel nearly all deaths are over 60 but most infections are not so maybe not so much 2) depends on the question: if you ask if you should get vaccinated or get covid, then yes. If you ask whether it’s as safe to be around a recovered as a vaccinated, then not really
This Coursera Course (Writing in the Sciences, Stanford University, Dr. Kristin Sainani)
"In this nearly 4-hour SPECIAL EPISODE, Rob Reid delivers a 100-minute monologue (broken up into 4 segments, and interleaved with discussions with Sam) about the looming danger of a man-made pandemic, caused by an artificially-modified pathogen. The risk of this occurring is far higher and nearer-term than almost anyone realizes.
Rob explains the science and motivations that could produce such a catastrophe and explores the steps that society must start taking today to prevent it. These measures are concrete, affordable, and scientifically fascinating—and almost all of them are applicable to future, natural pandemics as well. So if we take most of them, the odds of a future Covid-like outbreak would plummet—a priceless collateral benefit. "
Sheldon Cooper would love this

After having tried Roam, as well as Zettelkasten and Bullet Journalling, I'm starting to think you're right. I keep searching for a magic tool to help me organise all my reading and research. But I think it's about 90% procrastination.
My wife has Mobileye in her car - it works quite well - warning you when you're too close to the car in front or when you're wandering out of your lane.
