I don't think that's why he left his position; he left because he was voted out. Now he's been voted back in. Seems pretty Democratic to me.

The author ignores what many find most compelling about those videos. Namely, the domain experts (navy pilots) who filmed the videos and discussed them at length[1].

I highly reccomend people look at Cryptomator[1]. It encrypts all your data on your google drive or dropbox etc, but works like normally on your local machine. Allows you to use these services while blocking the provider from being able to view your unencrypted data. Also its free and open source!

Regarding who hold the keys to peace, and who has their finger on the trigger, I think the government glorifying and paying people who sneak into towns and slaughter sleeping families with knives is a pretty big impediment to peace.

Inequality seems to be a completely pointless buzzword to me. The only thing that matters is if there are more or less poor people, and how poor are those people compared to similar percentiles in the past.

It shouldn't matter how rich the richest people on earth are. I really love seeing people on the Internet try to convince themselves that because Bezos or Musk are worth $100B, they must be stealing it from poor people.
