Firstly, love the website. But, I was going to send a link to a specific page/picture to someone and unfortunately cannot.
Don't forget about https://github.com/happi/theBeamBook
That's a very good point and I understand that. But webhat's comment makes it seem like the whole article is invalid or the example is not correct. I definitely would not consider this as an 'obvious error' with the example. Maybe bad practice. Would you say the copy/paste issue is solved if the author just does a mass replace from 'http' to 'https' on his articel?
I don't think you're getting the point of the article. It is talking about dereferencing the STATE and the VALUE portions of a RESTful API. Not what's the most secure way of sending a credit card number over TCP/IP.
Is this, in anyway, related to the unity game engine? The logos look too similar.
In an ideal world of BeWifi everyone will be a member and the internet will be shared between all the members. Does this mean if we all downgraded our connections to the basic offering of our choice ISP we could still get a decent connection and in return force ISPs to lower their prices for higher connections? Seems like a never ending cycle.
Thanks everyone. I came into the comments to learn what everyone thinks of their usage of Redis as a database and how their stack is set up. Now I know what's the correct way of typing Perl...
...If everyone played only once...
That's a very clever hack! I've also been using this http://pencil.asleepysamurai.com/
"I’m worried about what comes next. Ads while I send email? " Why is this OK if Google GMail does it?
While I'm happy for Square, I'm saddened that Starbucks gets special treatment. Why is Starbucks (a well known brand) getting a personal post written by Jack, when Square's "goal" is to promote and help small businesses?
Maybe a more subtle way of informing the world about this partnership was better.
Great app, I'm sure I'll be using it. However, when I clicked on Pick Background and selected a transparent area Firefox crashed! (using the example image)
[Firefox 14.0.1 - Windows 7]
if you want to try outsourcing, try HiretheWorld
no spam. great customer service and better escrow system then other sites
why email? I'd like to see the summaries in a web page too.
On a very unrelated note when I type "(2^3)^4" in google i get "4 096" and when I type "2^3)^4" I get "4096" (notice a space gone)
I find it a little ironic that I had to Google "Blekko". Aside from this, Blekko's results are not as good as Google. For me at least.
It's working for me.
Even more Easier - press esc (or the stop button) when you first see the page(before the overlay loads)
Very interesting. [side note: It would be a lot more dramatic if you had a screenshot of when it went black.]
A very good example of Atwood's Law: any application that can be written in JavaScript, will eventually be written in JavaScript.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function apc_fetch() in D:\Hosting\8254397\html\sopatally.php on line 4
So excited to see it too!
I can now start my Monday very happy.

pretty cool, would be nice if you could make the widgets movable (drag & drop)
I really don't understand why people are trying to compare lifepath and facebook timeline, from my point of view they are completely different. Facebook creates the time line based on your activity, lifepath guesses your past/future. This plus the amazing graphics made me want to get an account.
I uploaded couple of pictures and it said that they are being processed. When I clicked on the "Dashboard" button to see the progress, it took me to the welcome page again.
Impressive product!
Only suggestion I have is that in the edit window I press CTRL+S instinctively to save my work, this brings up Firefox's page save window and takes a while to load, if you can bypass this it would be awesome.
incredibly interesting, I'll be trying it very soon.
