The problem is, whenever (But NOT Always) some junior comes up with some idea, in my mind it automatically translates to - "Naive idea that will not work, and there is no need to think about it".
Maybe I became like this because of my past experiences, whenever I let my juniors take decisions themselves, it had gone wrong. (And I always knew, I could have done it better).
So, I'm confused. Am I going the right way, or is there something fundamentally wrong with my prejudice? Is it because I'm with the wrong people? (Then another question, how do you know if you're with the wrong people?)
I believe only a experienced manager can clear my confusion.
IMO it is not necessary to quit internet or even social media unless it is really (I mean really) affecting your life. The benefits that you get from having access to internet and social media is way more than the negatives that you think.
But, anything is harmful if consumed too much (Lol, Even Oxygen)
A) Smaller groups are fine. Especially when we discuss something as a group. But still, when I start leading the convo with a serious topic, my voice will shake.
Oh yea, that's the hardest part for me to understand. Sometimes I think VCs are stupid for throwing money into crappy things.
Do you think there is some secret behind VC investments? I mean, are there any other motive other than the intention of doubling or tripling their invested money?
We've worked with both of them. In most of the cases, we worked with other agencies who outsourced their customer projects to us. (Those agencies are the ones who defined the solutions, and we just developed it for them).
But in some other cases, we've worked with direct customers (mostly B2C startups) where they came up with an idea, and we helped them to refine, consult and build a solution.
What do you think would be the best way for us to go forward?
Good point. But if we notice, there is no new consulting company that has grown big like KPMG, Infosys, etc in the last decade. Is it because achieving that scale as a consulting company is no longer possible?
