Viewed on iPhone, disclaimer won't let me see anything else.
Dropbox has saved my arse multiple times.
I would not want to be in the Twitter offices today. Good day to call in sick.
I tried to read this article but gave up because the pop-up ad took up my entire iPhone screen and scrolled when I tried to get to the 'close this window' link. Anyone have a quick work-around for this?
I've worked with wp before, not a whole lot though. Just installed 3.0 beta. My approach for sites that I don't expect much traffic/updates, has been to just code a database and CMS. Adding in features if/when the site matures. My underlying motivation for this question is that I find myself searching and reading 2/3 of the time instead of coding. I guess it's just part of the job that I have never experienced before. Quality over quantity.

Kudos.
Nice, it would be neat to see the statistics for the merger lane. I'm not sure about the IE8 banner though.
Just updated the credentials required to submit, care to try it out?? :) http://tothewho.com/submitform.php
I never really thought about whether or not it was actually needed. Good insight. I think I will remove the requirement to post but keep the accounts as an option for users to track their posts. I'm also working on the voting system right now.
Also, I gave the site a visual makeover. Hopefully it will be easier on the eyes now.
Thanks Travis. It seems that a visual re-design will be in my near future. A ranking system is a great idea. The idea behind the posts separation is that you can search according to the city you are in. I guess that a short paragraph at the top of the homepage or an about page would be a good addition.
Quick question. From a user standpoint, is creating an account more annoying than filling out a captcha everytime you want to post? Or should I find a way to avoid both?
Thanks, I'm mainly looking for some help on the design and usability of the site. I'll edit the original post.
I had a feeling about the orange on orange. I checked them against he WCAG and they failed but, I still kept them. That'll teach me.
I didn't think about the login button. Thanks!
