I guess biggest reasons are: 1. Famous person 2. Someone to study 3. They really invested a lot of money into this, we have a law

Completely agree. ivy league grad, started startup, failed ofc and felt worthless for a while.
But it passed away after I got out of the building and talked to other founders, they are in a worse situation :P
the program is 2 months later, is anyone available for some coffee today :)
Did you read the source code: https://github.com/goktugyil/EZSwiftExtensions/blob/master/S... I don't see the problem?
Yeah that would actually break it.
Can you give me examples on what kind?
It doesn't fix bugs. It lowers the amount of bugs to be handled in comparison to trying to present on top of a class. And maybe the example is kind of deceiving, actually it is meant for alerts and small views and stuff like that, not pushing real full screen UIViewControllers.
Hello, thanks for taking the time to write feedback!
I agree on your point of view on some of the matters.
Which screen? The main screen, how can I make that more clearer, I thought it was clear.
Double(myInt) isn't really hard, and the "easy" version is more characters. Correct, but it really is easier to write .toDouble() (Less keystores, more characters)
I am going to update some of the stuff you said on the next update, thanks again.
Thanks for the feedback. I used this in 3 different app projects and topMostVC actually reduced bugs, crashes and weird looking views. If there is anything in particular I should look out for, let me know!
Hello, thanks for the feedback. Which ones have poor style/naming that bothers you the most? Which ones are implemented incorrectly?
Thats not just a not a bad idea, thats a great idea!
Yes the odds are wrong. But I think there are now too many good applications submitted with high growth or revenue that you guys will just skip through next Zuckerberg before his startup takes off. Your application method currently does not in anyway measure how much the users love the product, how big it can be. My thoughts are that YC at the moment is currently pretty blind to really great startups that haven't got traction yet.
Thats why fellowship experiment is going on, but I think you guys would have more time to read applications and "discover" great startups if you didn't encourage every steve-jobs-wannabe to apply.
just my 2 cents
I think it was a bad idea to write the best answer here :)
What do you think about companies which have their main office in SF and engineering office at their home country?
Obviously these companies spend a lot less money on talent and on paper they can get more stuff done with less funding.
What are the success rates of these companies, compared to full SF companies? Is it logical to start to whole company in SF or have a product office somewhere else?
