I am curious, why would anyone pick HLS over Dash in these days?

Granted, my knowledge on the matter is rather limited, but I had some long running streams (weeks) and with HLS the playlist became quite large while with dash, the mpd was as small as it gets.

Some sort of worker mobility has been decided, there's going to be quotas I imagine.

I do not see a free flow of people happening, it would be viewed very negatively in Australia.

3) Meanwhile, various interests parade on "news" outlets telling the constituents that "rules bad for business, business made us great, everything else tried has failed".

4) Deregulation is the pill, libertarianism/freedom/liberty talk is the bacon wrapped around it

5) The city male realizes that he has more in common with the bigshot businessman that he thought, its only a few billions that set them apart

6) Furthermore, it has been accepted as an axiom that anyone can make it in US (immigrant went from poor being rich feelgood story on cnbc anyone?)

Business establishment is legitimate power in the US, also they are not being pro-establishment, they are being pro let-me-do-this-thats-the-only-thing-i-have-going-for-me

The Last of Us franchise, especially part 2 have been the most immersive experiences that I have had in gaming.

I feel like there is a need for a new paradigm on navigating code; and reference documentation for that matter.

I like how https://gwern.net and https://en.wikipedia.org allow you to hover over terms and show you a quick glance of a term you might not know, and then you can fan out to create an understanding for the basis needed to understand the material in front of you. I feel like some sort of windowing system where I can pin and move references around and then kinda have the llm explain or reference things might be of use to me, as in help me navigate the unknown. Is there a "study companion" application of the sort?

I find that this is easier to do with a language like Java than say Python, I need as much information as I can in order to understand the decisions that led to the current implementation.
