I see your point but also believe this is more about some sales/marketing guy in one of samsungs/nokias of the world will sell this idea someday to their higher ups. Well by number of devices, Samsung anyways launches around 15 models in an year (actually more) a mix of both android and Windows. Why not just launch a Samsung Galaxy S4 with versions in Windows and Andorid. What is difficult here? #SavingOnDeviceDesign

About the AI sending us to already won square - won't we do the same? So this is a smart AI :P

Price point? there are plenty of services but none of them have a package designed for the minimal need and budget of SMEs and starups. I might be wrong in my understanding and thats the whole point of asking here. :) Please tell me if I am missing some market intelligence.

This message has been targeted as a Customer Research. And your response brought me to the belief that 100$ a month is not so high for this service and that people might be ready to pay me more. Thats good news.:) My back of the hand calculation shows at 100$ a month I would be making money enough for coffee. Would surely tell you the idea I have in mind- will DM you on twitter :)

Thanks for that bit: But would you also suggest - What can be done to a web based IRC to give the same kind of confidence to users.(as that of a terminal)

Also a follow up question is : What do you use IRC for?( Which channels etc.) and why do you think having ssl and blow fish to be absolute requirements. What else would you like to see in general in an Web based IRC.

Thanks in advance.(for guiding a noobie :) )

Our beloved IRC can at-least start looking better. Would you like to use this for IRC? I have been thinking hard on what can be the best design - And this room based design makes the most sense to me. I am a noobie looking for ideas and advice- with open ears. Thanks

Because I find this very interesting: While all other engagement medium have continued - we don't have one flourishing medium like IRC with the feeling of being in a room with some known and unknown people. Do we need it- well I miss it a lot? but do we have a critical mass which would be interested in reviving it?
