Do both the cofounders get emailed?

I'm confused because I applied for two startups, but my other cofounder didn't get a rejection email so I'm not sure if both were rejected?

I got rejected for one of my startups, didnt receieve a yes or no for my other one. Is that a good thing?

We just had a terrible rainstorm and I just got water splashed at me by a car lol.

Lets hope the luck turns around.
