Still working on GhanaHousePlanner, we have integrated a robust cost estimator based on geometry of the house generated from the floorplans, this has allowed us to achieve very good results for the estimated cost by factoring in lots of inputs that would have been complex to handle since we generate the plans on the fly.

We are currently expanding the architectural drawings and structural analysis and also export formats. The goal is still to offer everyone in tropical countries the tools to understand their house construction before they go to meet professionals.

Thanks for the feedback. I understand your point of view on revit but this solution is needed since it allows layman to have a good understanding of their house project before they commit. Users will come to you professionals with solid demands and floorplans that helps both parties converge on a professional solution without too much iteration.

Interesting and important point. Currently, I am not working with writers, I am first relying on stories from school, childhood, family and from friends in other countries. When I start to work with writers, they will be fully compensated. The current stories are common to anyone who grew up in the Africa especially rural.

Good point, the part of the LLM is to allow a user to insert their own context into the stories. For example, an anansi story, could be adapted to use names of people if that will help the user (example parent) give context (to a child).

The first part of the video shows the folktale but the demo video is brief, I didn't noticed the LLM part was prominent. I will make dedicated videos.

I am working on MediaReduce https://mediareduce.com/, AI-powered media editing studios for videos, images and documents.

It has gone through several iterations over the last year. It was initially focused on file compression & editing but I have added video & image enhancement, background removal, smart video trim, video subtitles generation, dubbing, watermark removal, cropping, resizing, etc.

I'm continuing to fine-tune the performance and while enhancing my UI skills to polish the studios. I built a desktop version but currently released it for Linux (it's in beta), I plan to hopefully make the desktop version free.

I'm currently working with a few clients and using their feedback as guidance. Let me know your feedback if you use it.
