No, you're not making a false claim (the flights did get delayed) nor did you cause the claim in the first place (you didn't cause the delay to the flight).
I fail to see how this is in any way fraudulent.
Not just websites, I've had windows services fail because I happened to have a "\" in the password of the service user running it
That and more has been done at the recent protests.
Do you genuinely believe those drones flying over every major city taking high resolution photos of everyone within 30 miles are there for fun?

Generally advertising regulations require you to disclose any relationship with the company.

He is probably Portuguese speaking, and his autocorrect changed the spelling.
Presumably tillable will make the same dela to every landowner in the area, reducing the competition between landowner and therefore enabling the increase in prices.
In essence, tillable becomes the only landowner
You're assuming that copyright is the only way to make money out of writing, which is simply untrue.
Thats not true at all, companies are in no way obligated to pay dividends
Its a good time. Divide your savings over a couple of months, and every week put in a bit to DCA into the market
How about all the mass surveillance programs the EU has been funding for decades that do use facial recognition?
The EU has funded research on mass surveillance that use facial recognition for decades.
All transactions are already supposed to be reported so I'm not sure in what way you wouldn't be able to acquire the exact same information using the current regulatory requirements, so I'm not too keen on your stance here.
Fun to make too, though it does take a while to get it up and running
If it can be subject to restrictions then it is simply not a fundamental right, it is merely a privilege.
Thats stupid, there nothing wrong with violating IP laws, regardless of who did it first.
They are having data about themselves collected without their consent. That is the harm.
Probably in much the same way people today cry out about freedom of speech in china, while labeling restrictions on speech at home as acceptable (or not even restrictions at all!)
At the end of the day all of these high minded ideals are just excuses to justify ones own actions and world views.
That's a good thing. The risk of assassination is a core component of the balance of power between the state and the people.

I'm pretty sure the author made a mistake in the first line.
Meiga does not mean "witch or wise woman", it refers to a "soft" or "sweet" woman.
Perhaps there was confusion with that word and "maga", which does mean "witch" or "wise woman"? They sound very similar when spoken
Given that american patent law was created originally as a copy of british patent law, through the statute of Anne, that distinction is irrelevant or even misleading.
Dude ...
This comes off as incredibly self-entitled and arrogant.

Yes. The system isn’t perfect, but ... what you’re doing is quite frankly, stealing. It’s offensive. We’re entitled to our livelihoods as much as you are.
Show some gratitude please.
Now that I have changed the object that is "being protected", do you see how unreasonable and senseless your argument is?
Those arguments you used could be used exactly as they are to argue for any monopoly whatsoever, and then we would all be worse off.
Of course you're entitled to try to make a living, but if you making a living requires the state to subsidize and enforce your business model, then maybe you should change your business model.
There have been artists, writers and inventors for millenia, and for the vast majority of time they haven't needed an intellectual monopoly l, so why do you ?
Less than a Dam
Except that idea is simply historically untrue. Patent were started primarily as a way to modernize the guild monopolies that were common place at the time, but were unsuited given the greater levels of globalization and international trade.
The idea that they were meant to serve as a way to reduce trade secrets falls flat in the face of the fact that most places with strong patent and copyright law, also have strong laws protecting trade secrets
Thats a good way of ensuring laws only supply to the weakest in society.
